Dear Addison Northwest School District Families,
As we begin another school year together, I am thrilled to extend a warm welcome back to all families in the district. This marks my 6th year as superintendent, and I couldn't be more proud to serve in this capacity and be a part of such a compassionate and caring educational community.
Our vision for the district remains firm – to create a kind, collaborative, and creative environment where all members of our community can thrive. Over the years, I have witnessed firsthand how this community comes together to support one another, creating a nurturing space for our students to learn and grow. I am deeply grateful for the trust and support you have shown me and our school district throughout these years. Together, we have achieved many milestones, and I am excited to continue building on this foundation to provide the best possible educational experience for our students.
As we move forward, I am committed to fostering an inclusive learning environment that celebrates diversity and embraces the unique qualities of each individual. Together, we will continue to cultivate critical thinking skills, resilience, and the values that will help our students become productive and compassionate citizens. I am eager to work alongside our exceptional team of educators, administrators, and staff members to make this school year extraordinary. Your active involvement and partnership are vital to the success of our students, and I encourage open communication to ensure that we meet the needs of our entire school community.
Thank you for being a part of this wonderful journey. Let us move forward together, supporting one another and empowering our students to achieve their highest potential.
With warm regards,
Sheila Soule, Superintendent of Schools
