Everyone is on their own PATH - Planned Action Toward Health

People like to take care of themselves in different ways, so it is important to offer a variety of things that might be of interest to a variety of people. The PATH Team explores current data to determine what offerings to introduce and promote to staff. Examples of data include: BCBS VEHI Health and Wellness Report; Healthy Life Survey Annual Report; VEHI PATHpoints Annual Report; ANWSD PATH Interest Questionnaire. Examples of activities include: fitness opportunities, cooking demos, taste testing, 30-Day challenges (sleep, hydration, declutter, walking, healthy eating), building-based wellness events (adult recess, wellness breakfasts, walking breaks), WIN (What I Need).

All ANWSD employees can participate!
