I'm excited to begin my third year as Superintendent of the Addison Northwest School District. This is my 29th year working in education in the State of Vermont. Prior to working in ANWSD I have served as Director of Curriculum in the Harwood Unified Union School District, and also in the Franklin West School district. I have also worked as a principal, elementary educator, and educational consultant.  I believe the most important work we must accomplish as educators is to ensure that all Vermont’s students are able to access a World-Class education regardless of where they live, or what life circumstances they may be experiencing.  We have many examples in education where this simply is not yet true. In my work in ANWSD, I will support equitable outcomes for all our learners and strive to create meaningful student-centered learning experiences across all of our schools.

Here on our District Website, you will find much information about our school district and individual schools. You are invited to browse our web pages and to provide feedback to us with your comments and ideas on ways to improve our efforts at electronic communication. If you don’t see what you’re looking for or have unanswered questions, please give us a call at the Superintendent’s Office (877-3332) or email me at [email protected] Thanks for checking us out.
